NexGen Announces Resignation of Director

VANCOUVER, Dec. 12, 2017 /CNW/ - NexGen Energy Ltd. ("NexGen" or the "Company") (TSX:NXE, NYSE MKT:NXE) announces the resignation of Dr. Mark O'Dea from the Company's Board of Directors, effective December 12, 2017 due to the recently increased demands of his other professional commitments. The Board of Directors express their appreciation for Dr. O'Dea's contributions to the Company, and wish him the best with his endeavours.
